Vicente Reynal 是 Ingersoll Rand 總裁兼首席執行官。在 Ingersoll Rand 之前，Vicente 2016 年 1 月起擔任 Gardner Denver 首席執行官及董事會成員。在此職位期間，他負責領導并定位公司為全球創新和關鍵流量控制專業產品、服務和解決方案的提供商，推動公司總體業務增長和盈利。他 2015 年 5 月加入 Gardner Denver，時任工業部門的首席執行官。

在加入 Gardner Denver 之前，Vicente 曾在 Danaher Corporation 效力 11 年，這是一家專業的醫療、工業及商業產品與服務的設計商和制造商，其中在 2013 年 12 月至 2015 年 5 月間，他擔任牙科技術集團總裁，負責領導 KaVo Kerr 集團。

他在 Danaher Corporation 還歷任多個其他管理職位，包括 2011 年 10 月至 2013 年 12 月擔任 Ormco 業務總裁，2007 年至 2011 年擔任KaVo 業務的 Pelton & Crane總裁，2004 年到 2007 年擔任 Danaher Motion Platform 全球運營副總裁。在加入 Danaher 之前，Vicente 在 Thermo Fisher Scientific 和 AlliedSignal Corp.（在 1999 年與 Honeywell, Inc. 合并成為 Honeywell International）擔任過多個運營和管理職務。
